Imruby bows are intended to be partners in adventuring, so every single one is guaranteed for life!
So if your bow were to ever come untied, torn, trampled or otherwise damaged, we will always spruce it up, to the best of our ability, at absolutely no charge
To send your bow into be repaired, follow the instructions below:
- 1) Please send you bow(s) and a note stating your full name and a shipping address to our office (Imruby, Machelenstraat 10, 9870 Olsene, Belgium). Also, please specify what issues you would like addressed.
2) Upon shipping your package, be sure to obtain a tracking number! We encourage customers to use traceable mail for repairs as we are unable to guarantee product lost by any mail service/carrier.
